Prices
Volume discounts may be negotiated. Quotations for diagnostic kits are valid for a period of 21 days. Prices quoted may include or exclude VAT (exports). Postage and delivery are charged for.

Payment by cheque
Initially, cheque with order; once credit facilities have been established (30 days) a service charge of 1.5% per month, equal to 18% annually, will be placed on balances due beyond these terms.

Payment by cash deposit or electronic transfer

We sell in South African rand and in US dollar and maintain two different current accounts for the convenience of our customers.

INTERNET FUNDS TRANSFER
If the buyer selects to pay by online banking transfer, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into the Rapid Technologies cc bank account and would be subject to the following rules:
* The exact amount must be paid
* The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and practice name, company name or surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.
* Unpaid EFT deposit orders are cancelled after two business days.
* Clearance can take up to 3 consecutive business days.

DIRECT DEPOSITS
If the buyer selects to pay by Direct Deposit (DD), instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into the Rapid Technologies cc bank account and would be subject to the following rules:
* The exact amount must be paid
* The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and practice name, company name or surname in the reference section of the deposit slip.
* Cheque deposits are subject to a 10 day clearing period.
* Bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa.
* Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after three business days.

For security reasons, no cash will be accepted at Rapid Technologies cc’s offices. Payment and/or collection of goods from our offices requires the customer to provide an original and valid identity document. 

Please note that local bank transfers can take up to 3 consecutive days, international transfers may take as long as ten days. Cheque deposits can take up to 10 days to be cleared.

NO order will be dispatched, nor can they be collected, before payment has been cleared by Rapid Technologies cc ’s bankers.

Ordering  Prices exclude delivery or postage fees. Ex-stock delivery within 72 hours, alternatively 7 - 10 days from date of order.  Delivery charges vary according to distance and urgency. Only orders placed within the southern African (SADC) region will be processed.

Delivery fee  Delivery charges to local and regional destinations are subject to agreement. We provide our customers with the most cost-effective delivery methods available to suit individual needs. Charges vary according to distance and urgency.

South African Post Office: Within South Africa, orders are executed by Speed Services which contracts to the SA Post Office.

Warrants and service Rapid Technologies cc warrants that each testing device, reagents or instrument purchased will be in good working order on receipt. Goods carry a one year warrantee against defective materials, subject to the tests and equipment being used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Return goods policy To ensure quality and to guarantee our product claims, we cannot resell or transfer reagents after they have left our premises, therefore, Rapid technologies cc has a 'no returns' policy on these products. Claims for goods damaged in transit or missing goods will be considered if the claim is received in writing within 14 days of delivery.
